Do I have to pay sales tax?
  GoCaddy International Ltd. is a registered company in the province of Alberta, Canada. As such, only Canadian residents are required to remit federal GST and HST as applicable to their province of residence. U.S. and other international customers will not be charged sales tax at purchase.

Any duties and taxes charged at the port of arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged at the point of sale and may include shipping charges if you have elected for GoCaddy International Ltd. to pre-pay them on your behalf.
